The location was convenient, near downtown Dallas and Willowbend shops, with a nice breakfast selection and friendly staff greeting us warmly.

The breakfast and coffee where good.

The toilet was not working when we got there. I called the front desk to let them know and they said they would send someone right away but no one ever showed up. So we had to fix it ourselves. The carpets where really dirty but they did clean them after the 3rd day we were there.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Texas, active business centers, a major shopping center, and the highway. the breakfast had a good choice of fresh food. - the venue has a perfect and magnificent position in the Plano area.

For the most part the staff did try to help.

We've lived in area 35 years and often recommended this Hotel. This was the first time we were guest. Toilet did not work in first room. Water pressure and shower were awful in 2nd room. Breakfast was abismal. When we come back, we definitely will not stay there.

Staff was friendly and helpful

When we arrived bed was not done, old sheets left on sleeper sofa, no towels. On the 2nd night there was drunk people walking the halls, the staff at the front counter just left had to have the police come out...it was crazy

The hotel is in a great location, close to Dallas downtown. The staff at check-out were friendly and pleasant. They offer a nice breakfast with fresh coffee, toast, cereal, yogurt, and eggs.

The room here was great, and the bed was really comfy, plus the location was perfect for exploring the area.
